Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

Subscriber information is retained in the local database indefinitely for analytic tracking purposes and for future export.

Data will be exported or removed upon users request via the existing Exporter or Eraser.

If syncing data to a 3rd party service (for example Mailchimp), data is retained there until unsubscribed or deleted.

Where we send your data
Popup Maker does not send any user data outside of your site by default.

If you have extended our subscription forms to send data to a 3rd party service such as Mailchimp, user info may be passed to these external services. These services may be located abroad.

Terms & Conditions

➢ Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.

➢ There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.

➢ Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.

➢ Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.

➢ The prices mentioned are tentative and for reference purpose only. Actual prices will be based on date of travel and number of guest traveling.

➢ Kindly be on time as the coach will not wait for more than the confirmed pick up time and there will be no refund provided for missed transfers

➢ Night supplement will be added in early morning or late night arrival transfers

➢ Surcharges may be applicable on the entire package, depending upon the final date of travel

➢ The prevailing Rate of Exchange of the day of payment will be applicable

➢ Kindly note that the drivers are not guides

➢ Confirmation of Hotels and other services is subject to availability

➢ International hotel check in is 1500 hours and checkout would be 1000 hours.

➢ Early check in and late check-out subject to availability. Itineraries are subject to change

➢ All arrangements made by us are in the capacity of a ground handling agent only. We will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries delayed or cancelled flights & acts or forces of nature.

Your Tour Cost Does Not Include :

  • GST as per Indian Government defined policy.
  • TCS Tax on International Services ( except Air and Visa services )
  • Meals i.e. lunch and dinners unless mentioned in the "Package Includes" Column.
  • Any transfer to and from Station / Airport to Hotel Or to and from Hotel to Sightseeing Start / End Point unless mentioned in the "Package Includes" Column.
  • All sightseeing's Pick & drop at city centres point. client needs to make own arrangement to reach the city centre 
  • Any Sight Seeing unless mentioned in the "Package Includes" Column.
  • High season surcharge, applicable or any other surcharges.
  • Any increase in the airfare charged by the airlines on your air ticket. The airline ticket fare quoted is applicable as of date and will change for your date of travel .
  • Cost of extension of the validity of your air ticket or tour
  • Porterage, tips , laundry , wines , mineral water , telephone charges , optional tours and all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming part of the itinerary
  • Anything not specifically mentioned in the “Package tour price includes “box
  • Any sightseeing not mentioned in the “Package includes“ column

Please do note that 

  • This is a specific individual itinerary designed especially for your family based on above inputs.
  • The price is a proposed service costing. Presently we are not holding any confirmed airline and hotel reservations for your travel. The same is subject to availability at the time of booking. It’s possible that at the time of confirmation, the prices may vary based on actually available Airlines, Hotel rooms, Sightseeing tours, Transfers etc.
  • The Cost of the airline ticket is quoted on a specific class of the specified airlines, incase we are not able to procure the seat at a similar class we will try for a higher class, the difference of the same will be intimated to you post the booking.
  • Seat-in-coach transfers are on a fixed timings basis. These are generally only available during the day and are not available from late evenings till morning. Incase the transfers are missed the customer will have to make their own way to the sightseeing / pick up point or can meet the coach half way.
  • Any increase in the rate of Exchange for US DOLLAR //EURO //GBP//CHF ( SWISS FRANC) // SINGAPORE DOLLAR // THAI BAHT //etc. shall be borne by the traveler.
  • Full payment for the tour should be made 30 days prior to the departure of the tour
  • Prices are valid for stated travel period and are of defined validity, any change in the dates will lead to re-costing
  • Final handover ( hotel vouchers / Air tickets / Passports Etc) will be delivered only upon receiving full and final payment (complete credit in our Bank – incase of a cheque) & duly filled & signed BTQ form by the passenger traveling.

Booking Policy:

  • Full Payment of Air Ticket and Visa Charges and 50 % of Foreign Exchange Component for Land will be required to process the booking. We will require passport copies ( Valid Passports ) of passengers travelling.

**Passport should be valid for 09 months from the date of return*

  • **Please Note: We only apply for a visa with the consulate. To grant or to get the visa is totally up to the consulate & embassy discretions based on your documents provided for the visa processing **

Please update us with full payment 30 days prior to departure so that we can issue vouchers three days prior to your departure.

Cancellation charges per person:

For Air Tickets - Actual Air Tickets Charges + Service Fee as per communication will be charged. Refunds will be processed only once we are in receipt of the credit from the airlines.

For Visa Services - Fully non refundable.

For Holidays -

45 days or more prior to the departure Booking Deposit + Actual (visa fee/ air ticket/ Hotel cancellation charges)

44 To 30 days prior to the departure 50 % of the Holiday cost

29 to 15 days prior to the departure 75% of the Holiday cost.

14 day prior to the departure or in Incase no show 100 % of Holiday cost.

All refunds will be made within 7 days by Cheque or via Bank Transfer and once the refund is received from the supplier/ground handler/third party/service provider.
